Training:
Providing comprehensive training on the company’s processes, procedures and tech related to the Race Transporter 6 and Defenders. This training will include vehicle inspection, delivery routes, communication protocols and customer service standards.
Shadowing:
It’s important for us to pair Ross with an experienced colleague (Director Andy) who can serve as a mentor and guide them through their day-to-day tasks. This hands-on approach can help new team members learn quickly and feel supported.
Clarity of Roles & Expectations:
Clear communication of the roles, responsibilities and performance expectations Ross will carry out. Setting clear goals and objectives to help him understand what is expected and how his performance will be evaluated.
